An ongoing measles outbreak in South Carolina has grown to more than 430 cases, with more than half of those cases reported in the past week. More than 400 others remain in quarantine after they were exposed to a known measles case without the protection of vaccination, and the state health department expects more cases to come from that group. CNN's Brianna Keilar speaks with Dr. Paul Offit, Director of the Vaccine Education Center at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
