Chef Natsuko Shoji won the best female chef title at the 2022 "Asia's 50 best restaurants" awards. As well as owning and running été, a famous pastry shop and restaurant in central Tokyo, Shoji is taking time to meet, teach and inspire a new generation of chefs.
